I had the privileged of photographing the wedding of Josh & Chen at the always scenic Taber Ranch. From the moment I arrived you could just tell there was a feeling of peace and happiness over the entire day. Normally there is a bit of a rush happening just before the ceremony, hair & make up to finish, dress to put on, last minute details coming together… but Chen & her bridesmaids were cool & collected and very much enjoying the day. Such a lovely way to spend the last bit of time before things got busy with all the wedding happenings.
I feel so blessed to be able to work with such sweet couples, and Chen and Josh were no exception. Chen and Josh are two of the sweetest people I have ever met! It’s also no wonder they fell in love, they are just right for each other. The perfect mix of being serious and goofy, sweet & kind. It was a joy to be there as the two of them said their vows surrounded by an amazing group of family and friends. It was also wonderful to see how far people came for this special day, all over the country and beyond! Chen’s sweet mom even flew over from China – how could she miss such a momentous day! Speaking of Chen, she looked beyond beautiful. I loved her style so much! From her elegant BHLDN dress, to her veil, and even her second look for the reception – I loved it all!
Thank you so much Chen & Josh, I had such an incredible time getting to know you two and photographing your day. I pray your marriage will be blessed with decades & decades of wonderful years together!
